Sandy Lane Auto service update during COVID-19

We hope you are keeping well and staying healthy during this interesting and challenging time. Over the past two weeks, Sandy Lane has stayed committed to caring for the health and well-being of our staff and clients, and we continue to follow guidelines set out by our health officials.

We have kept our doors open at Sandy Lane to provide an essential service to our clients, however, health and safety is our number one concern. To ensure we are meeting COVID-19 guidelines and keeping our clients and our staff safe, we are minimizing contact in the following ways:

  • All vehicles are washed and disinfected before and after servicing, and before delivery.
  • We can pick up and drop off your car at your residence. We can also arrange to pick up and drop off keys without making contact. We ask that you call us after 14 days if you have recently travelled outside the country.
  • For onsite drop off and pick up, we can arrange for your keys to be placed in our safety lock box for car pick up at the shop.
  • Payment options can be done over the phone with credit card, or by e-transfer.
  • We are encouraging clients not to wait for their vehicle while it is being repaired.
  • Our South Location shuttle is no longer in service at this time. We are happy to arrange other methods of transportation to and from the shop for you at this time.
  • The West End Shuttle is still operating under COVID recommendations.
