Our Team
Meet the Sandy Lane team that helps keep your vehicles running and reliable.

Glen Campbell
Glen is an Automotive Technician Journeyman and Red Seal certified for out-of-province inspections. He graduated NAIT's
Automotive Technician Program, and has been a devoted member of the Sandy Lane team since 1990. He takes pride in providing his
customers with quality repairs, and in a timely manner. His hobbies include fishing, playing hockey, and wine making.

Peter Dejong
Pete is an Automotive Technician Journeyman and Red Seal certified for out-of-province inspections. He specializes in Volvo
repair and has been an invaluable member of the Sandy Lane team since 1980. When he is not wielding wrenches and hoists, Pete has
a hockey stick in hand. He loves to play sports and, in his free time, volunteers for a local community league.

Brandy Dupuis
Brandy has been part of the Sandy Lane team since 2004, and in that time has learned to fill several pairs of shoes at
the business. She is the bookkeeper, provides customer service at the front desk, and drives the Sandy Lane Shuttle. She is a
graduate of NAIT's Culinary Arts Program, and it is not surprising that cooking is one of her favourite pastimes. She also loves
to read, and can be seen in the summertime, scooting around the city on her motorbike.

 |
Ben Ferdosian
Ben has been at Sandy Lane since 2005, working as an Automotive Technician Journeyman. His hobbies include spending
time with his family, photography, and volleyball.
|
 |
John Glumpak
John moved to Canada from Croatia in 1975, and was hired by Jim Morgan at the original Sandy Lane location at 156th Street.
As shop Foreman, he strives to continually improve customer service and guide technicians and apprentices with his expertise. When
he is not getting his hands dirty at the shop, he is getting his hands dirty renovating the family cabin, and at least once a
year, John is no where to be found when he leaves the city to go fishing, hunting, and camping.
|
 |
Tony Glumpak
Tony completed the Automotive Technician and Hi-Tek Automotive Master Technician programs at NAIT, and has been part of the
Sandy Lane team since 1995. As a Red Seal certified, Automotive Technician Journeyman, Tony devotes himself to efficiency and
accuracy in diagnostics, and makes sure to keep on top of ever-advancing automotive technologies. Tony loves to scuba dive, bike,
play sports, and can always be found continuing his education at a night-course or two.

and graduated from British Columbia Institute of Technology with an Automotive Service Technician Program diploma.
He has taken several Volkswagen repair training courses, and is presently furthering his skills and training in
diagnostics. In his free time, Alex enjoys sports, playing acoustic guitar, and going to live music venues.

 |
Brett Morgan
Brett has been a part of the Sandy Lane team for 10 years. He started out an Automotive Technician Apprentice and is now a
Service Advisor and the shop Manager. He is dedicated to meeting the challenges of providing quality service in the evolving
automotive industry, and continues to build lasting relationships with Sandy Lane customers. Outside of work, Brett enjoys golfing,
waterskiing, woodworking, and writing.
|
 |
Ed Mulyk
Ed is the friendly voice of the Sandy Lane parts department. Since 2006, he has been putting his 40 years of parts and purchasing
experience to work, procuring the best possible parts and prices for customers and their vehicles. In his free time, Ed collects
hockey memorabilia, enjoys riding his bike, and working out.
|
 |
Stewart Roy
Stewart keeps the energy pumping at Sandy Lane and has been the shop's Wash Bay Attendant since 2001. Stew is crazy about
football. He attends every game during the season, and when he can, travels cross country to be part of the Grey Cup crowd. You are
more likely than not to catch a glimpse of him on the game's big screen.
|
 |
Brian Sikora
Brian joined the Sandy Lane team as Service Advisor in early 2007. He brings with him 35 years of experience in all facets of
the automotive industry, including as Automotive Technician Journeyman. When he is not working, he enjoys golfing, fishing,
hunting, and woodworking.
